Certification In Pizza
Learn how to make real Italian pizzas directly from the Italian pizza masters. For the serious professionals who are passionate about authentic pizza, a course have been created in IIHCA. At the professional level, this program will equip you with the knowledge, abilities, and self-assurance to produce a variety of classic handcrafted pizzas from the many regions of Italy.
About This Course
IIHCA’s 3-month course is hands-on and application-focused. It teaches you to handcraft traditional artisanal Italian pizzas using authentic techniques and methods. You’ll master the art of making the three essential types of traditional Italian Pizza: Classic Round Pizza, Pizza by the Meter, and Pan-Tray Pizza. You’ll also learn contemporary processes of long and cold rising (proving) of dough and a wide variety of toppings.
Upon finishing the course, the Ishtha Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts (IIHCA) will award you a certificate in pizza.
